When Swedish documents must be filed with an amphoe, land office, school, employer or Thai notary, a full embassy chain is normally required until apostille applies in 2027. That shows up especially for marriage to a Thai partner, condo purchase, Non Immigrant O supporting papers and company cases.

Who orders legalisation for Thailand?

Couples marrying in Thailand, people giving a power of attorney for a condo purchase, retirees and long stay residents, students, and Swedish companies submitting registry extracts or agreements to Thai counterparts.
