Company documents

Translation and apostille for companies

The same stamp and the same price per document as when a private person orders. The difference is the pack, the invoice and one person on your side holding the case together. Registration extracts, articles, minutes, powers of attorney and contracts can travel together.

Documents companies usually send

A recipient abroad cares about the document, not about the client being a limited company. What changes is which originals are in the envelope.

Certificate of registration

A Bolagsverket extract that a bank, free zone or foreign companies register must read.

Articles of association

The articles when the recipient wants the business, share capital and signatory rules.

Board minutes

A decision on signatory rights, a branch, or authority for an agent abroad.

Power of attorney

Authority for an agent on the ground. Private powers of attorney are usually notarised before apostille or an embassy stamp.

Contracts

Sale agreements, distribution agreements and other commercial papers the counterparty wants in its language.

Staff documents

Employment letters, diplomas and personal extracts when several people belong in the same case.

Same product, different order

Private client

One document, own payment

A birth certificate, a degree or a personal power of attorney. The client pays directly and follows their own case. The country page describes the chain.

How a company case runs

  1. 1. Send the list

Which originals, which country must read them, and whether an agent will sign on the ground.

  2. 2. We name the chain

Translation, notarisation, apostille or embassy. Sometimes the translation is enough. Sometimes the full path is required.

  3. 3. One case for the pack

Several documents and, when needed, several people. One contact on your side, one tracked return.

  4. 4. Payment

Card or Swish immediately. Invoice with an organisation number once it is approved.

Common questions

Is the price different for companies?

No. Authorized translation starts at SEK 1,495 per standard document, apostille at SEK 1,595 and embassy legalisation at SEK 2,495. Translation plus apostille starts at SEK 2,395. Extra pages and additional documents are priced the same way as for a private person.

Can we pay by invoice?

Companies and public bodies can be approved for invoice on request. The invoice is issued with the organisation number. Card and Swish also work.

Can several documents go in one case?

Yes. A registration extract, articles, minutes and a power of attorney can sit in one case, with one contact on your side. Each document the recipient must read is translated on its own.

Do we need apostille or an embassy stamp?

The country decides, not the fact that the client is a company. Hague countries take apostille via Notarius Publicus. The UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, China and Thailand take the embassy chain. The country page says which path applies.

How is this different from a business visa?

This page is documents: translation, notarisation, apostille and embassy legalisation. Business visas and travel for staff are on the business-visa page.

Send the list of documents

Say which papers should go, to which country, and whether the invoice should be issued to the company. We reply with the chain and the price before anything starts.
