1 About the company
VIZA.se is part of Terox AB, registration number 559475-3658, registered in Sweden. We are referred to below as VIZA.se or the company.
VIZA.se is a visa agency that assists you in applying for a visa to a number of different countries. We receive your application, review it carefully and help you to supplement it if necessary. We handle all communication with the relevant embassy or consulate and ensure that your visa reaches you safely once it is ready.
We offer visa services to several popular destinations including Thailand, India, China, Vietnam, the USA and more. We have no official affiliation with any country's embassy. It is possible to apply for a visa independently without using our services, but we are here to make the process easier and safer for you.
2 Prices and payment
All prices on viza.se are stated inclusive of VAT. If shipping costs or other additional charges apply, these are displayed clearly in the basket before the purchase is confirmed.
Our prices include both the government fee from the embassies and our service fee for processing, review and administration. We reserve the right to adjust for any price increases from embassies. If such an increase occurs after you have paid, we may request reimbursement for the difference.
We also reserve the right to correct any typographical errors and inaccurate information regarding visa rules.
Payment methods
- Card payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via our secure payment provider Stripe
- Swish: Fast and secure payment directly from your mobile bank (Sweden only)
- Invoice: Available for companies, government agencies and municipalities (see "Purchase by invoice" below)
Payments are processed via Stripe (stripe.com) for card payments and Swish (swish.nu) for mobile payments. Stripe is one of the world's most secure payment solutions. All connections are encrypted and we never store your card details or personal payment data.
3 Personal data and GDPR
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which governs how personal data may be collected and processed.
Why we collect your data
Personal data is collected, stored and used in order to process your visa application and other ordered services. The data is also forwarded to the relevant embassy and their service offices where required.
What data we collect
- Contact details: name, address, phone number, email address
- Application data: personal identification number, passport information, travel details
- Communications: emails, documents, customer history
How long we retain your data
Application documents and attachments are stored until we have completed the assignment and are then deleted or destroyed. Embassies archive all data in their own records in accordance with their regulations.
Other personal data (name, contact details, customer history) is retained in our customer register in order to provide you with better service in future interactions.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction if the data is inaccurate
- Request that the data be deleted where permitted by law

By submitting an application to us you consent to our processing of your personal data as described above.
4 Right of withdrawal and cancellation
You may cancel a purchase and receive a full refund if we have not yet received your application. Please notify us as soon as possible by email or phone that you wish to cancel.
If we have received your documents and begun processing the application, no refund can be made as work has already commenced.
If we have received your application but have not yet begun processing it, a return shipping fee will apply.
Please note: The statutory right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations does not apply to visa applications as it is a custom-ordered service that begins as soon as we receive your application.

5 Delivery and processing time
We always aim for the fastest possible processing time. Please note that if your application is incomplete or contains errors, the process will take longer.
The processing times stated by embassies apply from the point at which we submit complete application documents. Embassies are sometimes closed on public holidays, which extends processing times. It is always the embassy that determines when the visa is ready.
The delivery times stated on the website are typical values applicable to the majority of applications. For individual cases, processing time may be considerably longer.
Important: Applying for a visa is no guarantee that it will be granted. We are not responsible for the embassy's decision. All embassies make independent decisions based on your application.
Delivery methods
- Collection: Collect your passport with visa from our office
- PostNord registered/cash on delivery: Delivery within 1–3 working days, ID required on collection
- DHL Express: Next working day delivery to a street address (not a PO box)
- Same-day courier: Available in metropolitan areas, contact us to book
All shipments containing passports and visas are insured. Should your letter go missing you will receive compensation for the passport and visa. Please note that the insurance does not cover indirect costs such as missed flights or hotel bookings.
Shipping charges apply according to the chosen delivery method.
6 Check your visa
Important! When you receive your completed visa you must immediately check that all details are correct. This includes name, date of birth, passport number, validity period and number of entries.
If you discover any errors, contact us immediately and we will help you to correct them. Please note that some errors may require a new application to be submitted, which may incur additional costs.
7 Purchase by invoice
Government agencies, municipalities, county councils and companies may be granted invoice payment upon request. Private individuals may also be granted invoice payment in certain cases.
- Payment terms: 10 days net from invoice date
- Late payment: A reminder fee (SEK 60) and late payment interest in accordance with the Interest Act will be charged
- Credit assessment: VIZA.se reserves the right to decline invoice payment without stating a reason

8 Unpaid application
We begin processing all visa applications on the same day we receive them. If full payment has not been received when the visa is ready, the passport and visa will be returned to you cash on delivery.
A cash-on-delivery fee and shipping charge will be added to the regular price.
9 Uncollected shipments
For shipments that are not collected and are returned to us, a handling fee of SEK 150 will be charged.
Please ensure that you collect your shipment on time and that your contact details are correct when placing your order.
10 Age limit
Anyone ordering via VIZA.se must be at least 18 years of age at the time of ordering.
Visa applications for children may of course be made by a parent or legal guardian who is over 18 years of age.
