Forms are in Albanian; Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and Greek rarely suffice on originals. Gheg and Tosk are dialects. We apostille Swedish originals via Notarius Publicus and translate with authorized Albanian. A document issued in Albania is apostilled there via MFA in Tirana. 2 Order the right Swedish original

Skatteverket, a court or a school issues the document. Copies rarely suffice for QSHA or a purchase toward ASHK.
3 Translate into Albanian if needed

Gjendja Civile and most QSHA files want authorized Albanian. Kammarkollegiet.
4 Notarise a prokurë before apostille

If a notary in Tirana or Durrës is to act for you, the power of attorney must be attested by Notarius Publicus in Sweden first.
5 Apostille and tracked return

Notarius Publicus adds the apostille. You get the original (and the translation) back, ready for filing in Albania.

Why Albanian is usually needed

Gjendja Civile and QSHA rarely accept unprocessed Swedish. Authorized Albanian from a Kammarkollegiet translator is its own step, not Bosnian. From SEK 1,495 for a standard document. Translation plus apostille from SEK 1,895.

No. Albania takes apostille via Notarius Publicus in Sweden. Capellavägen 7 handles passports and consular work. That is Lidingö, not the Philippines at Grenstigen 2A.

Do I need Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian instead of Albanian?

No. Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian are separate Kammarkollegiet authorizations. Gjendja Civile and QSHA want Albanian, not Greek and not a dialect as its own language.

Is e-Albania or an e-visa enough as a document stamp?

No. e-Albania is a portal. An e-visa is entry. Gjendja Civile, QSHA and ASHK want apostille on the document. We do not sell an Albanian visa here.
