Overview
How it works for Albania
Albanian authorities think in Gjendja Civile and e-Albania: birth and marriage certificates against the civil-status office, the letërnjoftim as ID, NIPT toward DPT for tax, QSHA for recognition of foreign degrees via e-Albania, ASHK for the kartela and land, QKB for companies. Forms are in Albanian; Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and Greek rarely suffice on originals. Gheg and Tosk are dialects. We apostille Swedish originals via Notarius Publicus and translate with authorized Albanian. A document issued in Albania is apostilled there via MFA in Tirana. This is the document chain, not an e-visa and not e-Albania as a stamp.
