Forms are in Mongolian in Cyrillic; Russian and the traditional vertical script are other tracks. Because Mongolia is in the Hague Convention, apostille via Notarius Publicus is enough. Typical cases are a registration number at GASR, a flat in Ulaanbaatar, a company at GASR and a degree at MES. Documents issued in Mongolia are apostilled there via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, not here. An e-visa is entry, not a document stamp.
