Skatteverket, a court or a school issues the document. Copies rarely suffice for DTM or a purchase toward cadastre.
3 Translate into Uzbek if needed

4 Notarise an ishonchnoma before apostille

If a notary in Tashkent or Samarkand is to act for you, the power of attorney must be attested by Notarius Publicus in Sweden first.

Notarius Publicus adds the apostille. You get the original (and the translation) back, ready for filing in Uzbekistan.gov.uz, which only apostilles Uzbek originals.

FHDYO and DTM rarely accept unprocessed Swedish. Authorized Uzbek from a Kammarkollegiet translator is its own step, not Russian. From SEK 1,495 for a standard document. Translation plus apostille from SEK 1,895.

Can the embassy in Stockholm apostille for me?

No. Uzbekistan takes apostille via Notarius Publicus in Sweden. The embassy handles passports and consular work, not the stamp for FHDYO or cadastre.

Do I need Russian or Tajik instead of Uzbek?

No. Russian and Tajik are separate Kammarkollegiet authorizations. FHDYO and DTM want Uzbek in official Latin script, not Cyrillic.

Is an e-visa enough as a document stamp?

No. An e-visa via evisa.mfa.uz is entry. FHDYO, STI and cadastre want apostille on the document. We do not sell an Uzbek visa here.
