Ukraine is in the Hague Convention. Swedish public documents get an apostille in Sweden, not at the Ukrainian Embassy in Lidingö. We add authorized Ukrainian when DRACS, a school or an employer asks for it.

Correct path
Apostille via Notarius Publicus is enough for Swedish public documents. The Ukrainian Embassy in Lidingö does not stamp that chain.

Overview
DRACS in Kyiv or Lviv, DMS and Ukrainian universities accept apostille from Notarius Publicus. The Ukrainian Embassy in Lidingö does not do that stamp. The form decides whether it is marriage, diploma recognition or a background check, and whether authorized Ukrainian must come with it. English is rarely enough at DRACS.

Ukrainian agencies and schools rarely accept unprocessed Swedish. Authorized Ukrainian from a Kammarkollegiet translator is its own step, even when apostille already covers legalisation. From SEK 1,495. Translation plus apostille from SEK 1,895.

The embassy in Lidingö handles consular work. It does not apostille Swedish personal extracts. For documents to be used in Ukraine, Notarius Publicus is the right office.
