When do you need embassy legalisation for Nigeria?

FAQ | legalisation for Nigeria

Is apostille enough for Nigeria?

No. Nigeria is not in the Hague Convention. The documents need MFA and the Embassy of Nigeria in Stockholm.

Must the document be translated first?

MFA does not require English for the stamp. CAC and FIRS often still want authorized English when the original is in Swedish. We can combine both in a package.

What does legalisation for Nigeria cost?

Basic SEK 2,495, Priority SEK 2,950, VIP SEK 3,750 per document in our fee. The embassy’s own tariff may be added.
