Rarely on its own. Banks and notaries in Poland almost always want an apostille on the notarised document, and often an authorized Polish translation.
Can you help with the power of attorney wording?
Yes. We help you get a document that can be notarised and used in Poland. We do not give legal advice on the substance, but we handle stamps and language.
Do I need to appear in person in Sweden?
